maux de t\u00eate, d\u2019acouph\u00e8nes, de vertiges, de tensions musculaires ou de douleurs dans les articulations ou dans le dos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Or, les causes de ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne se trouvent souvent dans la zone des articulations de la m\u00e2choire, de la m\u00e2choire inf\u00e9rieure et de la musculature de la m\u00e2choire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">On appelle une dysfonction au sein de ce syst\u00e8me une Dysfonction Cr\u00e2nio-mandibulaire, CMD en abr\u00e9g\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La CMD est un dysfonctionnement qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00e9clench\u00e9 par plusieurs facteurs et qui influence le syst\u00e8me de mastication.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div  class='flex_column av-5r7qrx-71ad51bff71e38be4673ea7f9e76bbc3 av_one_half  avia-builder-el-7  el_after_av_one_half  avia-builder-el-last  flex_column_div  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-l8k1rycp-254aecd92e50e54d72aa49a9594979e5 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>En principe, la s\u00e9rie de traitements d\u00e9bute par une anamn\u00e8se d\u00e9taill\u00e9e et l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un bilan. Un programme de traitement adapt\u00e9 au patient peut ainsi \u00eatre con\u00e7u.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le bilan et le programme de traitement sont abord\u00e9s avec le dentiste.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nous travaillons en collaboration interdisciplinaire avec une \u00e9quipe de sp\u00e9cialistes ayant une longue exp\u00e9rience du diagnostic et de la th\u00e9rapie de la CMD, venant de diff\u00e9rentes disciplines de la m\u00e9decine, y compris, outre les dentistes, des th\u00e9rapeutes du contr\u00f4le de la douleur et des coachs mentaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dans la plupart des cas, un traitement dentaire impliquant une orth\u00e8se ou une reconstruction dentaire est n\u00e9cessaire pour atteindre le r\u00e9sultat souhait\u00e9, ou encore un traitement de la douleur cibl\u00e9 afin d\u2019avoir une approche appropri\u00e9e \u00e0 la symptomatique globale.<\/p>\n<p>Pour nous, le traitement de la CMD ne se limite pas \u00e0 la m\u00e2choire et la t\u00eate.
